- Housing Aid For Older People.
This grant is available to assist people aged 66 years or older, living in poor housing conditions, to carry out essential repairs or improvements so that they can continue to live in their own home, such as roof repairs, electrical re-wiring, provision of central heating where none exists or it is damaged beyond economic repair.

However, in cases of genuine
hardship the local authority may assist people under age 66.
Up to 95% of grant funding is available through your Local Authority. Homecare Adaption & Construction Ltd. provides assistance with all aspects of the grant application process.
